“Before working with Jen, I was constantly beating myself up about how I looked or how I felt in my skin. I would turn down invitations to spend time with friends because I didn't feel comfortable in my clothing and I was super self conscious. I felt sluggish and unmotivated to do anything. I was ultimately, not a super fun person to be around.

A huge goal that I achieved was the ability to feel good in my skin. I can confidently say that I am so much happier overall as a person, and when I look in the mirror I am not tearing myself apart anymore.

Today I know how to fuel my body and have a healthy relationship with food. I can enjoy a donut or ice cream and not feel like I’m going to lose all of my hard work.
