Hi, I’m Jen Rudy;

She’s a woman with a passion for empowering women to live up to their potential.

Before working with Beyond Body, I definitely spend a lot of brain power on negative self talk. I was in a major funk and I didn't really enjoy spending time with myself... so I would spend a lot of time escaping my life.

Physically and emotionally I knew I needed to make a change and set some goals and create a routine for myself that was much healthier.

Before working with Jen, I felt very lost. I was 10 months postpartum and had no energy. I was tired all the time and I didn’t have a great relationship with food.
